Which moment of the wedding day should you chart?
If the ceremony was in daylight, a star map of two in the afternoon is still a real sky: the stars were overhead, only hidden by the sun, and the studio tells you when that was the case. If you'd rather chart an hour that was dark, take the first dance, the last song, or simply the evening of the day.
Use the wedding's own time zone, not yours. A wedding in Italy is charted on Italian time, and the studio picks the zone from the place you search; you can change it by hand.
What should a wedding star map say?
The two names or the shared surname as the title, then the place and the date. The message line can carry a line from the vows or the first dance. For names with accents, choose one of the five fonts that draw them: Cinzel's classic capitals suit a formal invitation, Soft Rounded a relaxed one.
Open a wedding example in the studio: an evening in Florence at 21:30, titled OUR WEDDING NIGHT and set in Cinzel. Then put in the couple's own place, date and words.
What about the proposal?
The night one of you asked is a sky of its own. The studio has a starting point for it, The yes, titled THE NIGHT YOU SAID YES; change the place, the date and the hour to yours. Printed in the same shape and font as the wedding plate, the two stand well side by side.
Can a guest make one as a wedding gift?
Yes. Everything it needs is on the invitation: the date, the place and the time, so a guest doesn't have to ask the couple anything. The STL is free and needs no account, which means you can try the sky of the day before spending anything but filament. The multicolor 3MF, colors already assigned, uses one credit from a pass.
